The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 29 minutes into the match, Trapiche's goal looked a bit too open when Iordache Arșanu came free, but Calistrat Păsărin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iordache Arșanu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Calistrat Păsărin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Iordache Arșanu took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Calistrat Păsărin. In the 41st minute, Aurelian Fundătoreanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SuperDepor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. SuperDepor's Iordache Arșanu got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iordache Arșanu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Calistrat Păsărin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iordache Arșanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SuperDepor's Aurelian Fundătoreanu was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 76th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The supporters of SuperDepor booed when Trapiche was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Atarratze didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 82 in the game by Aurelian Fundătoreanu from a close distance when the talented Calistrat Păsărin managed to make a qualified save. Trapiche's players were relieved.
