After a rather tough play, Nykvarn's Bengt-Åke Asserlind got a free kick in the 4th minute. Geronimo Isadore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 10 played minutes Nykvarn got a freekick which was hit by John Daly. 14 minutes into the match, Marlin FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kaká Fenomeno came free, but Ambrosio Quilino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the game, John Daly recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ambrosio Quilino. John Daly showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Kaká Fenomeno kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the game, Fabian Bazil was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Marlin FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nykvarn the free kick. Fabian Bazil hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute, Gilberto Garaile hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the match, Marlin FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gunnar Brodin came free, but Ambrosio Quilino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 28 minutes into the game, Guaberto Quico cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Michel Kinell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 34 played minutes Nykvarn got a freekick which was hit by Hampus Hammarström. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bengt-Åke Asserlind got free with Ambrosio Quilino in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nykvarn's Michel Kinell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingo Jon in the 37th minute of play. In the 40th match minute, Marlin FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Darien to maneuver through the defense. John Daly sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ignacio Derwin in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Michel Kinell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Guaberto Quico managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marlin FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Guaberto Quico was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michel Kinell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Michel Kinell made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Nereo Henry sent off a good shot on target. Ignacio Derwin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michel Kinell having to interfere. Gunnar Brodin hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Michel Kinell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Orti in the 73rd minute of play. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Artur Zapolskiy the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Nykvarn protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Artur Zapolskiy had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Nykvarn fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 84th minute. Penalty! In the 86th minute, Guaberto Quico left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Marlin FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Kaká Fenomeno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ambrosio Quilino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Marlin FC's Ignacio Derwin was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 91st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Marlin FC's Pablo Orti slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Michel Kinell. That made the score 1-4 after 96 minutes of play. Marlin FC played a much better game than Nykvarn and deserved their victory. The Nykvarn players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
