The supporters of Juventud Antoniana booed when Lemel SV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tonny Sneijder didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raymond Bos made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Anselmo Bittor sent off a good shot on target. When Jan Sterenberg fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lemel SV's protests and gave Jan Sterenberg a yellow card for diving instead. Jan Sterenberg hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Celso Demario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barry Masker in the 22nd minute of the match.
