Grêmio Prudente's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ervis Bajraktari ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 17th minute, Álvaro Travassos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Everardo Mingo. The goal made the score 1-0. Everardo Mingo made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Arlindo Luz sent off a good shot on target. If Deng Kun Xu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 24th play minute Álvaro Travassos came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Everardo Mingo. 2-0. The audience was convinced that Tedi Lulo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thiago Couto was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. In the 29thth minute of the game Tedi Lulo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grêmio Prudente's Thiago Couto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Grêmio Prudente's goal looked a bit too open when Deng Kun Xu came free, but Thiago Couto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tedi Lulo might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thiago Couto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tedi Lulo ran back to his position shaking his head. Thiago Couto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tedi Lulo, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After 40 played minutes LOS BLANCOS got a freekick which was hit by Qemal Isai. Jani Hamzallari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Thiago Couto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Tedi Lulo made the kick off in the second half. Deng Kun Xu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Thiago Couto when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Thiago Couto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jani Hamzallari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. LOS BLANCOS were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after Grêmio Prudente's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ervis Bajraktari took the corner. The corner led LOS BLANCOS's Ervis Bajraktari to fire away a dangerous shot which Thiago Couto despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Everardo Mingo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Álvaro Travassos went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. 64 minutes into the game, Jani Hamzallari recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Thiago Couto. Jani Hamzallari showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. Thiago Couto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jani Hamzallari in the 72nd minute of the match. When Jani Hamzallari fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LOS BLANCOS's protests and gave Jani Hamzallari a yellow card for diving instead. After 75 played minutes LOS BLANCOS got a freekick which was hit by Jani Hamzallari. Thiago Couto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jani Hamzallari, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Jani Hamzallari dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Thiago Couto, 3-2. Everardo Mingo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arlindo Luz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arlindo Luz scored 4-2 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Everardo Mingo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Everardo Mingo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arlindo Luz, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. After a rather tough play, Grêmio Prudente's Christiano da Cunha got a free kick in the 93rd minute. After some careless play in the Grêmio Prudente defense, Jani Hamzallari kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thiago Couto. The Grêmio Prudente fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thiago Couto should have stopped the shot.
