When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Cesare Cesarini took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Rodolfo Mantzio to make any attempt to save it. Fortunato Lepori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Riquelme, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. The Manantiales Fc fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Montechiarugolo AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
