John Locke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Primitivo Mikelats, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ciriaco Cordarrell in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anier Peruxu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Froilan Jatsu hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. 42 minutes into the match, SAN LORENZO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lorenzo Lico came free, but John Locke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ciriaco Cordarrell made a kick off. SAN LORENZO FC's Froilan Jatsu quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Leonel Abaunza, made in the 51st minute of the game. In the 60thth minute of the game Cosme Thomas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SAN LORENZO FC's John Locke was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. SAN LORENZO FC's John Locke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorenzo Lico in the 63rd minute of play. Ciriaco Cordarrell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Peruxu having to interfere. A collision led to SAN LORENZO FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Froilan Jatsu hit a great ball. Ciriaco Cordarrell took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anier Peruxu. Anier Peruxu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. SAN LORENZO FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
