The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Joseph Holmberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Russ Blacknell was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Fitz Pickard kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 11th minute, Gez Little got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kamil Reizers in the 15th minute of play forced Ampthill FC's goalkeeper Russ Blacknell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute, Ampthill FC's Gez Little dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. 23 minutes into the game, Joseph Holmberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Russ Blacknell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ronnie Meck made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Marcelino Playo sent off a good shot on target. Samba Fotboll U21's Ronnie Meck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Speed in the 32nd minute of play. Fitz Pickard made in the 38th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Samba Fotboll U21's Wictor Gustavsson. Ronnie Meck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jack Potts, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Jack Potts received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ronnie Meck came out and tried to block the shot, but Jack Potts slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 44th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gez Little was the one to do the kick off. Ronnie Meck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gez Little in the 51st minute of the match. With a little luck, Ampthill FC's Russ Blacknell got control of the ball when Joseph Holmberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gez Little in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ronnie Meck saved Samba Fotboll U21 from getting behind. Joseph Holmberg succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-3 in the 61st playminute. In the 66th minute, Joseph Holmberg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Russ Blacknell. The goal made the score 2-4. Samba Fotboll U21's Ronnie Meck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jack Potts in the 68th minute of play. Joseph Holmberg's late challenge caught a Ampthill FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joseph Holmberg helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Samba Fotboll U21 getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Joseph Holmberg hit a great ball. Ronnie Meck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gez Little, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Kamil Reizers took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Russ Blacknell. Russ Blacknell dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-5. Samba Fotboll U21's Ronnie Meck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gez Little in the 76th minute of play. Ronnie Meck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gez Little in the 90th minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Samba Fotboll U21's goal looked a bit too open when Jack Potts came free, but Ronnie Meck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Samba Fotboll U21 players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
