The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gustav Alstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Arman Lundström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Luiz de Moraes in the 13th minute of play. In the 21st minute Fazıl Özgenalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arman Lundström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ingvar Gadd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Herman Ahlström got free with Lennie Rusby in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Heavenly Hooters's Saverio Ribeiro in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. StraX Xenon FC's Arman Lundström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Ribeiro in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th minute of the match Heavenly Hooters got a corner. StraX Xenon FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Saverio Ribeiro ran over to the corner to take the kick. Saverio Ribeiro made a great header on Heavenly Hooters's corner, it was just that StraX Xenon FC's Arman Lundström managed to reach the ball for a save. Håkan Berg thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Arman Lundström, a very annoying self made goal in the 36th minute which led to 0-1. When Jan Thomas fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Heavenly Hooters's protests and gave Jan Thomas a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Heavenly Hooters getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Jan Thomas hit a great ball. A hard shot 43 in the game by Herman Ahlström from a close distance when the talented Lennie Rusby managed to make a qualified save. Heavenly Hooters's players were relieved. 45 minutes into the game, Jake Grayson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Heavenly Hooters's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave StraX Xenon FC the free kick. In the 45th match minute, Heavenly Hooters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jake Grayson to maneuver through the defense. If Herman Ahlström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pedro Luiz de Moraes to strike the kick off in the second half. Heavenly Hooters's Richárd Bódog was substituted for Adrian Collier. Lennie Rusby made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustav Alstedt in the 72nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saverio Ribeiro in the 77th minute of play forced StraX Xenon FC's goalkeeper Arman Lundström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute, Aleksander Blomqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, StraX Xenon FC's Aleksander Blomqvist got a free kick in the 79th minute. After 82 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for StraX Xenon FC! When the match had been going on for 84 minutes, Heavenly Hooters's Jake Grayson got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Arman Lundström. Ingvar Gadd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The StraX Xenon FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Heavenly Hooters's performance. The match ended with a win for Heavenly Hooters.
