A sloppy throw-in by Klaas Adelaar in the 16th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by LA LUZ F.C.'s Celestino Katia. Slim Ben Von Bischhoffshausen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Javier Enol read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. After 24 played minutes De Digitale Dribbelaars got a freekick which was hit by Simon Schol. Pascal Vledder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mala Lech in the 26th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Slim Ben Von Bischhoffshausen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Javier Enol was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. 30 minutes into the match, De Digitale Dribbelaars's goal looked a bit too open when Mala Lech came free, but Pascal Vledder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pascal Vledder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Vistruario in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute of the match LA LUZ F.C. got a corner. De Digitale Dribbelaars's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tata González ran over to the corner to take the kick. A collision led to De Digitale Dribbelaars getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Abraham Zandberg hit a great ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Slim Ben Von Bischhoffshausen made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Ivan Vistruario reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pascal Vledder. The goal made the score 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Slim Ben Von Bischhoffshausen in the 68th minute of play forced LA LUZ F.C.'s goalkeeper Javier Enol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ivan Vistruario in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pascal Vledder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 78 minutes De Digitale Dribbelaars's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tata González who took care of the corner kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mala Lech in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pascal Vledder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. LA LUZ F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tata González in the 82nd minute. The corner led to LA LUZ F.C.'s Ruben Salbatore getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After 84 minutes, Klaas Adelaar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the De Digitale Dribbelaars and the LA LUZ F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. LA LUZ F.C. made a substitution. Aldo Furtado replaced Celestino Katia. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pascal Vledder, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 95th minute, Jordi Nijsse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The De Digitale Dribbelaars supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching LA LUZ F.C.'s performance. The match ended with a win for LA LUZ F.C..
