The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Olimpiu Dichiseanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Txindoki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Urbano Firman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ziemowit Gdowski in the 18th minute of play. Adrian Txindoki made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Igor de Sousa sent off a good shot on target. If Ziemowit Gdowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 26 minutes into the match, Olimpiu Dichiseanu notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Viseu United's Adrian Txindoki. Adrian Txindoki was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Olimpiu Dichiseanu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adrian Txindoki was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. 35 minutes into the game, Fractal FC's Igor de Sousa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Urbano Firman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ziemowit Gdowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Olimpiu Dichiseanu to strike the kick off in the second half. Ziemowit Gdowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Urbano Firman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Adrian Txindoki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor de Sousa in the 57th minute of the match. Cesinha Brasil charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cesinha Brasil the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Through an outstanding action, after 65 minutes, Urbano Firman successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Viseu United made a substitution. Valter Bentes replaced Ruben Jurgi. The supporters of Fractal FC booed when Viseu United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Fractal FC had won after a very even match.
