Mark Stripf's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Sydney Ross firmly grabbed it by the left post. Rob Burton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tjark Ernst having to interfere. Tjark Ernst made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Randle Rutledge in the 68th minute of play. 69 minutes into the game, Wilfried Biehle recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sydney Ross. Wilfried Biehle showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Tjark Ernst made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Randle Rutledge in the 72nd minute of play. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hendrik Behloch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sydney Ross having to interfere.
