Spectators: 8001 (Terracing: 6002, Seating: 1840, VIP seats: 159) With his leg Martinez Maravilha managed to avoid a goal in the 3rdth minute, when Decathlon Dudes's Simon Hilhorst fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 7th minute, Decathlon Dudes's Juan Ayuso ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Martinez Maravilha. Martinez Maravilha yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 13th minute, Simon Hilhorst left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Decathlon Dudes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Wilco Keldermans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Martinez Maravilha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Hilhorst, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. With a little luck, Jarana FC's Martinez Maravilha got control of the ball when Juan Ayuso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wilco Keldermans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martinez Maravilha having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Decathlon Dudes's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelio Harriet came free, but César Sousa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Wilco Keldermans sped through Jarana FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Martinez Maravilha. César Sousa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Harriet, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Juan Ayuso did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 5-0 to the left of a surprised Martinez Maravilha 39 minutes into the match. 42 minutes into the match, Jarana FC's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Hilhorst came free, but Martinez Maravilha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Decathlon Dudes's Martinez Maravilha threw himself towards the right post 46 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Simon Hilhorst, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aurelio Harriet made a kick off. The supporters of Decathlon Dudes booed when Jarana FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Di María didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luuk Theunissen struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Martinez Maravilha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Decathlon Dudes. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daan Wegman in the 58th minute of play forced Jarana FC's goalkeeper Martinez Maravilha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute, Candido Elorri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Martinez Maravilha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Ayuso in the 62nd minute of play. In the 67th minute Simon Hilhorst shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martinez Maravilha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juan Ayuso in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Martinez Maravilha saved Jarana FC from getting behind. After 72 minutes Jarana FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luuk Theunissen who took care of the corner kick. Decathlon Dudes's Luuk Theunissen was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Martinez Maravilha in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 76 minutes, Juan Ayuso made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Jarana FC's Martinez Maravilha tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Martinez Maravilha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Hilhorst in the 80th minute of play. 80 minutes into the game, Decathlon Dudes's Simon Hilhorst nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Martinez Maravilha made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Juan Ayuso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Martinez Maravilha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Jarana FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daan Wegman came free, but Martinez Maravilha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 92 minutes into the game, Decathlon Dudes's Juan Ayuso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Martinez Maravilha made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. When the referee ended the match the Decathlon Dudes players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
