Witalis Ziomkowski hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stoyo Abazov got free with Zula Bator in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Napoleon Beninda in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abelardo Erlantz saved La Vuelta del Malon from getting behind. Zula Bator made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio Duarte in the 8th minute of play. Stoyo Abazov took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zula Bator. Zula Bator dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Ulryk Dombrowski kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, La Vuelta del Malon's goal looked a bit too open when Ulryk Dombrowski came free, but Abelardo Erlantz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zula Bator took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Krzysztof Hajduk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 28 minutes of play, La Vuelta del Malon's Stoyo Abazov made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zula Bator was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zula Bator made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Krzysztof Hajduk in the 31st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Napoleon Beninda's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abelardo Erlantz was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by La Vuelta del Malon's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Napoleon Beninda was slow to take the kick. During this time KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's players had a chance to rest. The corner led KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's Napoleon Beninda to fire away a dangerous shot which Abelardo Erlantz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's Napoleon Beninda in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Zula Bator showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stoyo Abazov in the 48th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When Antoni Kieca fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's protests and gave Antoni Kieca a yellow card for diving instead. Abelardo Erlantz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Napoleon Beninda in the 55th minute of the match. Germán Casado hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's Zula Bator played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julio Duarte in the 63rd minute of play. The supporters of La Vuelta del Malon booed when KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radomil Cielencki didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 66 played minutes La Vuelta del Malon got a freekick which was hit by Liu Rong Bin. Stoyo Abazov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zula Bator having to interfere. Abelardo Erlantz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Napoleon Beninda in the 90th minute. La Vuelta del Malon's Clodoveo Eutor was substituted for Nestor Beltza. The supporters of KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ booed when La Vuelta del Malon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julio Duarte didn't get a good kick on the ball. La Vuelta del Malon's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
