Alperen Bozkurt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Guipuzkoa in the 3rd minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Jataiense Futebol Clube's Cristian Lorien threw himself towards the right post 4 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Golaki Goiano, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Alperen Bozkurt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marco Guipuzkoa's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Wágner Fox kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cristian Lorien. That made the score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. Alperen Bozkurt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Lidon in the 15th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wágner Fox in the 17th minute of play forced Sacro Balompié's goalkeeper Cristian Lorien to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Sacro Balompié's goal looked a bit too open when Wágner Fox came free, but Cristian Lorien reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alperen Bozkurt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Apolo Peto, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Sacro Balompié were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after Jataiense Futebol Clube's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Apolo Peto took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Ferdinando Greco got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alperen Bozkurt quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 26th minute, Montay Lorenzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristian Lorien made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wágner Fox in the 27th minute. Cristian Lorien showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horácio Gonçalves in the 29th minute of the match. Ferdinando Greco hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute Golaki Goiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Lorien saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute Jataiense Futebol Clube were awarded a corner. Horácio Gonçalves went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horácio Gonçalves in the 39th minute of play forced Sacro Balompié's goalkeeper Cristian Lorien to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gervasio Lidon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The supporters of Sacro Balompié booed when Jataiense Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wágner Fox didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wágner Fox scored 2-0 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristian Lorien, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jataiense Futebol Clube's Luiz Fábio Passos was substituted for Horácio Gonçalves. Alperen Bozkurt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iker Shepherd in the 77th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Wágner Fox hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wágner Fox recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alperen Bozkurt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apolo Peto in the 87th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Luis Suárez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alperen Bozkurt. That made the score 2-1 in the 89 minute of play. Jataiense Futebol Clube's Wágner Fox got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
