Benedicto Chale might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olger Azofeifa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benedicto Chale ran back to his position shaking his head. Olger Azofeifa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedicto Chale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 51st match minute, CD SHETTANI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Carazo to maneuver through the defense. After 53 played minutes, Club Almirante Brown's Vladimiro Remigio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Olger Azofeifa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Club Almirante Brown reached it. Oscar Abascal made in the 57th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by CD SHETTANI's Ye Chao Rong. Isidoro Dolfos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hong Zheng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute Hong Zheng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidoro Dolfos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ye Chao Rong hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Club Almirante Brown's Isidoro Dolfos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hong Zheng in the 65th minute of play. After 76 played minutes Club Almirante Brown got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Abascal. Club Almirante Brown made a substitution. Federico Quinteros replaced Severo Venceslas. Club Almirante Brown's Guido Bautista was substituted for Benedicto Chale. Olger Azofeifa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Rayman in the 82nd minute of play. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Almirante Brown's goalkeeper Isidoro Dolfos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After taking down the ball on CD SHETTANI's corner Rogelio Garro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Isidoro Dolfos quite easily take care of the ball.
