The audience thought a goal was coming when Ted Borker got free with Andreas Svensson in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Maraman Reitsma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zebastian Palmkvist in the 19th minute of the match. After having played for 21 minutes, Ted Borker managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ágætis Byrjun's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ted Borker was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 22 minutes into the match, Ágætis Byrjun's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Örtlund came free, but Maraman Reitsma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Filip Örtlund notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Ágætis Byrjun's Maraman Reitsma. Maraman Reitsma was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
