Victor Angosto might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcus Hagström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Victor Angosto ran back to his position shaking his head. Victor Angosto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcus Hagström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conny Vesterberg in the 24th minute of play forced Chigüires De Mogadiscio's goalkeeper Celio Tijero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victor Angosto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Chigüires De Mogadiscio's Celio Tijero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dick Lindgren in the 57th minute of play. Erramu Huera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Rank 1 booed when Chigüires De Mogadiscio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eutropio Engraba didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Chigüires De Mogadiscio supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Chigüires De Mogadiscio would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
