After 11 played minutes Winthont FC got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Hoffmann. In the 16th minute Valentin Voicu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dennis Beerthuis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dennis Beerthuis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Voicu in the 18th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Winthont FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marin Tufescu came free, but Dennis Beerthuis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Winthont FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Filip Bennink hit a great ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adrian Zbora to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valentin Voicu got free with Dennis Beerthuis in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hunor Csapó showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kadim Argun, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. In the 90th minute, Adrian Zbora ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dennis Beerthuis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The Buffalo Timişoara players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
