A collision led to Grimório getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Juss Vagula hit a great ball. Jonny Wilkinson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Waldemar Pawlik. Grimório's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matthew Brookman in the 16th minute of play forced Grimório's goalkeeper Waldemar Pawlik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabien Barthez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eduardo Beltrami in the 23rd minute. In the 24th minute of the match Alex Barone shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Waldemar Pawlik showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Janar Kirst charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Janar Kirst the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Grimório's Janar Kirst got a free kick in the 28th minute. Fabien Barthez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Beltrami in the 30th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, Grimório's goal looked a bit too open when Matthew Brookman came free, but Waldemar Pawlik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Holm in the 40th minute of play forced Egg Chasers FC's goalkeeper Fabien Barthez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eduardo Beltrami made a kick off. Matthew Brookman hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. If Eduardo Beltrami had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emanuel Holm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Waldemar Pawlik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kenny Duckworth in the 68th minute of the match. Kenny Duckworth made a great header on Egg Chasers FC's corner, it was just that Grimório's Waldemar Pawlik managed to reach the ball for a save. Grimório's defense didn't have a chance, in the 85th minute, when Jasper Delamore scored to the left of an out of position Waldemar Pawlik, making the score, 0-1. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Egg Chasers FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
