Edwin Jennes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ettore Varglien in the 13th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, VC zoetwater's Jarne Van Kelf seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jarne Van Kelf the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of VC zoetwater protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jarne Van Kelf had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 15 minutes into the game, one of VC zoetwater:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Bernabe Urki shot the penalty kick right outside the post. After some careless play in the VC zoetwater defense, Ettore Varglien kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edwin Jennes. The VC zoetwater fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edwin Jennes should have stopped the shot. Edwin Jennes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ettore Varglien, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ettore Varglien might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edwin Jennes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ettore Varglien ran back to his position shaking his head. Edwin Jennes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ettore Varglien in the 23rd minute of the match. Robbrecht Caes made in the 25th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Fred Van Hoeyveld immediately put the ball in play. Edwin Jennes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ettore Varglien went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Edwin Jennes didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when PICCOLE PESTI's Ettore Varglien shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-6 in the ordered_time% minute. Ettore Varglien struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Edwin Jennes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PICCOLE PESTI. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ettore Varglien in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edwin Jennes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the match clock showed 51 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Bernardino Vedillo sped through VC zoetwater's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Edwin Jennes. Robbrecht Caes made in the 54th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Jos Armentier. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ettore Varglien in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edwin Jennes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. PICCOLE PESTI made a substitution. Pietruzzu Rizzi replaced Ettore Varglien. In the 72nd minute, PICCOLE PESTI's Pietruzzu Rizzi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Edwin Jennes. Edwin Jennes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-10. VC zoetwater's defense didn't have a chance, in the 79th minute, when Pietruzzu Rizzi scored to the left of an out of position Edwin Jennes, making the score, 0-12. In the 82ndth minute of the game Pietruzzu Rizzi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VC zoetwater's Edwin Jennes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pietruzzu Rizzi might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edwin Jennes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pietruzzu Rizzi ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as Pietruzzu Rizzi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Edwin Jennes. That made the score 0-13 in the 84 minute of play. 88 minutes into the game, PICCOLE PESTI's Bernardino Vedillo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edwin Jennes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-14. Edwin Jennes was a little too slow when Pietruzzu Rizzi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 0-15. Bernardino Vedillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle sounded PICCOLE PESTI left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than VC zoetwater.
