Spectators: 7524 (Terracing: 5644, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) Rigoberto Medardo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Angel Etxeberri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tolunay Tandan's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. In the 5th minute of the match Carno FK got a corner. Academia FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Güven Yaruk ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Güven Yaruk got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Angel Etxeberri quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Angel Etxeberri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tolunay Tandan, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Angel Etxeberri came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Carno FK's Tolunay Tandan. But to his dismay, Tolunay Tandan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Mario Rivero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 20 minutes Academia FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Güven Yaruk who took care of the corner kick. Carno FK's Güven Yaruk was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Angel Etxeberri in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Angel Etxeberri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Menderes Mertoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 25th minute Tolunay Tandan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel Etxeberri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angel Etxeberri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Menderes Mertoğlu in the 27th minute of play. Angel Etxeberri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tolunay Tandan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 37 minutes, Nicolas Salvidor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Academia FC and the Carno FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nicolas Salvidor hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. The Carno FK fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Carno FK's Tolunay Tandan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Batı Özbilek was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Mario Rivero capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mario Rivero really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. Angel Etxeberri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Menderes Mertoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tolunay Tandan was the one to do the kick off. Academia FC were furious when Nicolas Salvidor was red carded, 51 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 53rd minute, Carno FK's Güven Yaruk ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Angel Etxeberri. Angel Etxeberri yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. After a rather tough play, Carno FK's Ensar Önder got a free kick in the 56th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Menderes Mertoğlu in the 60th minute of play forced Academia FC's goalkeeper Angel Etxeberri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tolunay Tandan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Angel Etxeberri came out and tried to block the shot, but Tolunay Tandan slotted it home off the left post making it 1-6 in the 61st minute. Carno FK's Sarper Işıldar was substituted for Ensar Önder. Sarper Işıldar hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Fausto Argider recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 70thth minute of the game Tolunay Tandan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Academia FC's Angel Etxeberri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 72nd minute Tolunay Tandan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel Etxeberri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tolunay Tandan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Angel Etxeberri came out and tried to block the shot, but Tolunay Tandan slotted it home off the left post making it 1-7 in the 73rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hüsmen Yiğithan got free with Angel Etxeberri in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 88th match minute, Carno FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sarper Işıldar to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute, Mario Rivero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Batı Özbilek was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-7. Menderes Mertoğlu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 92ndth minute, Angel Etxeberri skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 93rd play minutes Tolunay Tandan shot 2-8, a short shot which went by Angel Etxeberri and just under the crossbar into goal. Carno FK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
