Matías de Castro was slow to take the kick. During this time Irreal Madrid's players had a chance to rest. Angel Quiroga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edson Prestes in the 18th minute of play. In the 21st minute Denílson Fernandes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel Quiroga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angel Quiroga came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Irreal Madrid's Edson Prestes. But to his dismay, Edson Prestes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 24th minute, one of Irreal Madrid:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Irreal Madrid. Niceto Harriet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Dário Lira made a huge save. Alejo Lobos hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Horacio El Charani hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Niceto Harriet to strike the kick off in the second half. Dário Lira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niceto Harriet in the 51st minute of play. In the 52nd minute Horacio El Charani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dário Lira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Angel Quiroga successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Dário Lira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Niceto Harriet went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Angel Quiroga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denílson Fernandes, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luiz Gustavo Leão during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Luiz Gustavo Leão hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 84thth minute of the game Niceto Harriet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Irreal Madrid's Dário Lira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Niceto Harriet in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dário Lira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dário Lira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horacio El Charani in the 89th minute of the match. Alejo Lobos hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Irreal Madrid's Eugênio Dias was substituted for Edson Prestes. After a rather tough play, ☬彡Lo多o Entrerriano彡☬'s Rómulo El Charani got a free kick in the 94th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. ☬彡Lo多o Entrerriano彡☬ fully deserved thier win.
