Modlau's supporters rose to their feet, but Kelaino Mbappè was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan-Erik Bremming breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bernard Charamut's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jan-Erik Bremming read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. In the 31st minute, Bernard Charamut left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Modlau fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. When Kelaino Mbappè came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Modlau fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kelaino Mbappè couldn't finish the play. Bernard Charamut scored 0-3 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jan-Erik Bremming, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Jan-Erik Bremming made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernard Charamut in the 56th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Kelaino Mbappè took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Jan-Erik Bremming to make any attempt to save it. Iwo Dziedziak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Jan-Erik Bremming tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jan-Erik Bremming made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Iwo Dziedziak sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Modlau's Borys Golob got a free kick in the 69th minute. Bernard Charamut sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Janusz Piczak during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Modlau getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Janusz Piczak hit a great ball. Iwo Dziedziak kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match.
