Spectators: 7505 (Terracing: 5629, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) Morro Grande E.C's Cristian Duarte started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cristian Duarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Panpili having to interfere. Juan Inocente could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Clóvis Motta made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Cristian Duarte managed to get in a good position for a shot. Morro Grande E.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Duarte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claudio Panpili breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 11th minute, Juan Inocente ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Clóvis Motta was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. With a little luck, Morro Grande E.C's Clóvis Motta got control of the ball when Juan Inocente tried to sneak it across the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, Juan Inocente cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Clóvis Motta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Juan Inocente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 36 minutes into the match, Jonas Lekubegi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Clóvis Motta. Morro Grande E.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonas Lekubegi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 45th match minute, Morro Grande E.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Duarte to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Inocente in the 64th minute of play forced Morro Grande E.C's goalkeeper Clóvis Motta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Morro Grande E.C's Breno Salgado got a free kick in the 72nd minute. 74 minutes into the game, Juan Inocente cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Clóvis Motta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Clóvis Motta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Inocente in the 80th minute of the match. Tarcisio Cabral kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Teobaldo Sal's late challenge caught a Morro Grande E.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teobaldo Sal helped the player get up and apologised. Juan Inocente took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Clóvis Motta. Clóvis Motta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. In the 91st minute Jonas Lekubegi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clóvis Motta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clóvis Motta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Inocente in the 93rd minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Juan Inocente notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Morro Grande E.C's Clóvis Motta. Clóvis Motta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. LA InDuStRiA INC had played much better football throughout.
