Franco Penna started the match with the kick off. After 9 played minutes Pegaso got a freekick which was hit by Geronimo Bernaldo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franco Penna in the 12th minute of play forced Pegaso's goalkeeper Cayetano Fanuco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A throw-in in the 13th minute of the game was made by Ettore Treglia with Frank Sammartino as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 14th minute, Alberigo Di Nucci ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cayetano Fanuco was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. When Dexter Morgan VR46's Franco Penna in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Cayetano Fanuco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sammartino, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Fermin Deunoro hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Pegaso's Cayetano Fanuco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franco Penna in the 29th minute of play. Cayetano Fanuco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberigo Di Nucci, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 30th match minute, Dexter Morgan VR46 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberigo Di Nucci to maneuver through the defense. 33 minutes into the match, Pegaso's goal looked a bit too open when Franco Penna came free, but Cayetano Fanuco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th match minute, Pegaso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Piboon to maneuver through the defense. Cayetano Fanuco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franco Penna in the 36th minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Frank Sammartino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cayetano Fanuco was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fermin Deunoro was the one to do the kick off. Davide Cavaliere didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fermin Deunoro went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. 58 minutes into the match, Dexter Morgan VR46's goal looked a bit too open when Fermin Deunoro came free, but Davide Cavaliere reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Davide Cavaliere took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fermin Deunoro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Pegaso getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Jarbas Dantas hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Pegaso's Miguel Remicio got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 71st match minute, Pegaso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jarbas Dantas to maneuver through the defense. Dexter Morgan VR46's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 73rd minute of the game, when Angelo Scalabrino after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Pegaso's goal. Angelo Scalabrino was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. After 77 played minutes Pegaso got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Nevada. Cayetano Fanuco made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Alberigo Di Nucci sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Pegaso's Cayetano Fanuco got control of the ball when Frank Sammartino tried to sneak it across the goal line. 85 minutes into the game, Franco Penna recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cayetano Fanuco. Franco Penna showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Alberigo Di Nucci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
