Spectators: 7524 (Terracing: 5644, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Wilhelm Askelöf started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute of the match, Wilhelm Askelöf got a very nice opportunity to score, but Eric Duarte was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Manfred Wallin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Matarrita, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. LinuX F.C.'s Eric Duarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Erik Martinsson in the 13th minute of play. After a rather tough play, LinuX F.C.'s Beto Aguilar got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 18th minute, Warner Loria left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LinuX F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 20th minute, Beto Aguilar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eric Duarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilhelm Askelöf in the 25th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Alberto Matarrita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 30 minutes into the game, Harry Skålberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stardust Unicorns XI's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LinuX F.C. the free kick. In the 30th minute, Harry Skålberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 31 minutes, Warner Loria managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LinuX F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Warner Loria was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to LinuX F.C. getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Adolfo Alpizar hit a great ball. The supporters of LinuX F.C. booed when Stardust Unicorns XI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrick Hedlund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alvin Lindsten lost his temper 46 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 46 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Stardust Unicorns XI! In the 48th minute there was a penalty for LinuX F.C.. Adolfo Alpizar stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Manfred Wallin. 0-2. The Stardust Unicorns XI players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. LinuX F.C. were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alberto Matarrita was the one to do the kick off. After 63 played minutes Stardust Unicorns XI got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Åke Bock. Manfred Wallin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Warner Loria in the 69th minute of the match. If Warner Loria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manfred Wallin was out of position in the 74 minute of play, and Alberto Matarrita capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alberto Matarrita really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. In the 82nd minute Patrick Hedlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eric Duarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Stardust Unicorns XI defense, Keylor Cubero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manfred Wallin. The Stardust Unicorns XI fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manfred Wallin should have stopped the shot. A collision led to LinuX F.C. getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Reynaldo Lankaster hit a great ball. After 91 minutes of play, LinuX F.C.'s Keylor Cubero made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manfred Wallin was left in no man's land by his defense there! 98 minutes into the match, LinuX F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Erik Dahlberg came free, but Eric Duarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chants of LinuX F.C. echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Stardust Unicorns XI had held the ball for most of the match.
