Aladár Fenyvesi hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After 21 played minutes, LinuX F.C.'s Adolfo Alpizar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pál Simon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in LinuX F.C. reached it. After 26 minutes, Sándor Czakó mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vérsárkány SE and the LinuX F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of LinuX F.C. booed when Vérsárkány SE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sándor Czakó didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute, Alberto Matarrita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pál Simon was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 32 minutes into the game, Warner Loria cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Pál Simon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Benedek Soós's late challenge caught a LinuX F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benedek Soós helped the player get up and apologised. In the 37th match minute, Vérsárkány SE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benedek Soós to maneuver through the defense. Humberto Martinez's late challenge caught a Vérsárkány SE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Humberto Martinez helped the player get up and apologised. In the 40th minute, Humberto Martinez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 42nd minute of the game. One of LinuX F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Vérsárkány SE:s goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sándor Czakó was the one to do the kick off. If Beto Aguilar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pál Simon was a little too slow when Warner Loria got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 61st minute. The score was now 1-4. In the 66th minute LinuX F.C. were awarded a corner. Adolfo Alpizar went to the cornerflag to take it. After 67 minutes of play LinuX F.C.'s Humberto Martinez was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, LinuX F.C.'s Humberto Martinez got a free kick in the 68th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Warner Loria had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pál Simon. Vérsárkány SE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Warner Loria was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. György Pataky hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Adolfo Alpizar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 79th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Pál Simon. Vérsárkány SE's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Pál Simon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beto Aguilar in the 80th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 82 minutes, Pál Simon successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Pál Simon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Warner Loria, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Warner Loria blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pál Simon having to make a save.
