When Agostinho Domingues came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Inter Gala fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agostinho Domingues couldn't finish the play. Celso Araújo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Inter Gala's José Augusto Medeiros got a free kick in the 12th minute. If Celso Araújo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tony Leite charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tony Leite the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Inter Gala's Tony Leite got a free kick in the 25th minute. After 28 played minutes Inter Gala got a freekick which was hit by Agostinho Domingues. After a defensive mix-up in Inter Gala's zone, Lucjan Cuber stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luís Eduardo Valle came out of the goal and Lucjan Cuber tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 32nd minute, Tony Leite hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luís Eduardo Valle was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Zbigniew Fiszer. 36 minutes into the game, Waclaw Imbor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Markowy Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Inter Gala the free kick. In the 36th match minute, Markowy Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waclaw Imbor to maneuver through the defense. Hélder Mendes kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Klement Lipinski in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luís Eduardo Valle saved Inter Gala from getting behind. In the 40th minute Hélder Mendes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Witalis Wojtowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Ludomir Fabiszak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aureliusz Lepper during the 43rd minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Agostinho Domingues to make the kick off. After 53 played minutes Inter Gala got a freekick which was hit by Hélder Mendes. In the 55th match minute, Markowy Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Ziomkowski to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Markowy Team's Witalis Wojtowicz got control of the ball when Agostinho Domingues tried to sneak it across the goal line. Agostinho Domingues who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Witalis Wojtowicz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Markowy Team's Witalis Wojtowicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hélder Mendes in the 63rd minute of play. 66 minutes into the game, Stasio Rawa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Markowy Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Inter Gala the free kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Agostinho Domingues got free with Witalis Wojtowicz in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Markowy Team's Witalis Wojtowicz got control of the ball when Hélder Mendes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luís Eduardo Valle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Klement Lipinski, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. If Waclaw Imbor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 83 minutes, Lucjan Cuber mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Markowy Team and the Inter Gala players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Markowy Team booed when Inter Gala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Garcia didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute Inter Gala were awarded a corner. Hélder Mendes went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Inter Gala's corner Hélder Mendes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Witalis Wojtowicz quite easily take care of the ball. After 93 played minutes Inter Gala got a freekick which was hit by Agostinho Domingues. In the 94th minute, Klement Lipinski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
