The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Șerban Ciociu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Rafal Duda made a huge save. With a little luck, Jagiellonia Bialystok's Rafal Duda got control of the ball when Șerban Ciociu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 11th match minute, Jagiellonia Bialystok was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustaw Majerowicz to maneuver through the defense. In the 12th minute of the match, Iustin Potra tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rafal Duda saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 14 minutes of play, Jagiellonia Bialystok's Alfred Cetnar made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivan Strugure was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 16 played minutes Jagiellonia Bialystok got a freekick which was hit by Izydor Karp. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Șerban Ciociu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vama Veche ™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Șerban Ciociu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rafal Duda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Șerban Ciociu got free with Rafal Duda in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Jagiellonia Bialystok's Rafal Duda got control of the ball when Șerban Ciociu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alfred Cetnar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Strugure having to interfere. In the 26th minute Wojciech Gondela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Strugure saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Jagiellonia Bialystok's goal looked a bit too open when Șerban Ciociu came free, but Rafal Duda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 29 minutes into the game, when Herbert Sobolewski put in a rough tackle. Șerban Ciociu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Rafal Duda made a huge save. After some careless play in the Vama Veche ™ defense, Gustaw Majerowicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ivan Strugure. The Vama Veche ™ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ivan Strugure should have stopped the shot. Rafal Duda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Șerban Ciociu in the 38th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Alfred Cetnar notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Vama Veche ™'s Ivan Strugure. Ivan Strugure was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Jagiellonia Bialystok's Gustaw Majerowicz in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vama Veche ™'s goalie prevented a goal. The Vama Veche ™ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Jagiellonia Bialystok were winning 0-3.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alfred Cetnar to strike the kick off in the second half. If Șerban Ciociu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adam Chojnacki kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Vama Veche ™'s Dinu Cotuțiu got a free kick in the 58th minute. If Gustaw Majerowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adam Chojnacki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Ivan Strugure tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Jagiellonia Bialystok fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when Jagiellonia Bialystok's Alfred Cetnar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 71st minute Șerban Ciociu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafal Duda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfred Cetnar charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alfred Cetnar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 72nd match minute, Jagiellonia Bialystok was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfred Cetnar to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Vama Veche ™ booed when Jagiellonia Bialystok was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingos Jorrin didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Șerban Ciociu in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rafal Duda saved Jagiellonia Bialystok from getting behind. Rafal Duda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iustin Potra in the 77th minute of the match. Jagiellonia Bialystok's Rafal Duda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iustin Potra in the 78th minute of play. Alfred Cetnar might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ivan Strugure. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alfred Cetnar ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iurie Negrescu during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 81 played minutes Vama Veche ™ got a freekick which was hit by Iurie Negrescu. Domingos Jorrin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ivan Strugure read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Rafal Duda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Șerban Ciociu in the 88th minute of the match. Dinu Cotuțiu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Jagiellonia Bialystok walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
