Tabachana F.C.'s Tilemachos Manouselis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Halstensen in the 6th minute of play. Rakkestad IF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Christian Halstensen in the 7th minute. Christian Halstensen made a great header on Rakkestad IF's corner, it was just that Tabachana F.C.'s Tilemachos Manouselis managed to reach the ball for a save. 10 minutes into the match, Rakkestad IF's goalkeeper Kenneth Friis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vassilis Tournas. Tilemachos Manouselis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. 76 minutes into the match, Tabachana F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Linus Todal came free, but Tilemachos Manouselis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Tabachana F.C. booed when Rakkestad IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeppe Benjaminsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alexis Idrotoglou in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kenneth Friis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 87th minute Vassilis Tournas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenneth Friis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rakkestad IF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
