Cordero Dulanto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kauan Pires in the 15th minute of play. If Daniel Elizondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the match, CD Suscal's León Buisan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Remo Amaral narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Remo Amaral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Elizondo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Elizondo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute Deivid Arce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cordero Dulanto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xoan Austria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucas Moura recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Remo Amaral was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Daniel Elizondo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 36 minute of play. The audience was convinced that Lucas Moura's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cordero Dulanto was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Cordero Dulanto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kauan Pires in the 47th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Elizondo to make the kick off. Cordero Dulanto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kauan Pires in the 82nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in ✪ XV de Umarizal's zone, Daniel Elizondo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Remo Amaral came out of the goal and Daniel Elizondo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 84th minute, Eduardo Motta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cordero Dulanto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kauan Pires, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Cordero Dulanto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Deivid Arce in the 92nd minute of the match. The ✪ XV de Umarizal supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ✪ XV de Umarizal would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
