After some careless play in the Champions Iasi defense, Jesús Imaz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sergiu Angheluță. The Champions Iasi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sergiu Angheluță should have stopped the shot. In the 9th minute of the match, Jesús Imaz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sergiu Angheluță was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Sergiu Angheluță made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jesús Imaz in the 12th minute. After a rather tough play, The Gunners Juniors's Tytus Piechna got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 17th minute of the match George Vâlcu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wojciech Winnicki showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Champions Iasi's Sergiu Angheluță proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Champions Iasi from getting a goal against them. Sergiu Angheluță took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Péter Lendvay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Champions Iasi's defense didn't have a chance, in the 34th minute, when Piotrek Rybak scored to the left of an out of position Sergiu Angheluță, making the score, 5-0. Champions Iasi's Sergiu Angheluță proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Champions Iasi from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Péter Lendvay in the 41st minute of play forced Champions Iasi's goalkeeper Sergiu Angheluță to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sergiu Angheluță came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by The Gunners Juniors's Péter Lendvay. But to his dismay, Péter Lendvay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Sergiu Angheluță showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piotrek Rybak, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jesús Imaz was the one to do the kick off. Sergiu Angheluță was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Piotrek Rybak hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Sergiu Angheluță showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesús Imaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Sergiu Angheluță made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zachary Boruta in the 78th minute of play. Sergiu Angheluță took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Péter Lendvay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes into the match, Piotrek Rybak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sergiu Angheluță. Champions Iasi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Piotrek Rybak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. Piotrek Rybak kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After 85 played minutes, Champions Iasi's George Vâlcu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Wojciech Winnicki came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Champions Iasi reached it. 87 minutes into the game, Péter Lendvay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Sergiu Angheluță was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Piotrek Rybak scored 12-0 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sergiu Angheluță, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sergiu Angheluță came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by The Gunners Juniors's Péter Lendvay. But to his dismay, Péter Lendvay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 13-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. The Gunners Juniors had played much better football throughout.
