With a little luck, Bancruz F.C's Genaro Handi got control of the ball when Jesús Imaz tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to The Gunners Juniors getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Jesús Imaz hit a great ball. Genaro Handi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piotrek Rybak, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Nemesio Maiorga charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The Bancruz F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Genaro Handi should have stopped the shot. After having played for 87 minutes, Péter Lendvay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Gunners Juniors's supporters crossed their fingers, but Péter Lendvay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Genaro Handi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jesús Imaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. The Gunners Juniors had played much better football throughout.
