In the 43rd minute Saturnino Bastia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Roldanillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valentin Roldanillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saturnino Bastia, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Saturnino Bastia hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amadeo Lehior to make the kick off. Filomeno Atarrabi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeo Lehior in the 53rd minute of the match. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Fernando Fagildo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of A.D Atlético Villa Gesell protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Fernando Fagildo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in A.D Atlético Villa Gesell fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 75th minute. Penalty! In the 88th minute Faustino Kelemen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filomeno Atarrabi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A.D Atlético Villa Gesell were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Vamo A Calmarno to leave the ground with a draw.
