Spectators: 7552 (Terracing: 5665, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Roger Costa kicked off to start the match. The supporters of FC Brink booed when São José City - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dito Xavier didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Călin Macrea got free with Hélder Severo in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 36th minute Cezar Vârjean shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hélder Severo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iurie Spiridon kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Cezar Vârjean received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Hélder Severo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 58th minute, Cezar Vârjean got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to FC Brink getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Călin Macrea hit a great ball. Vlad Belu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roger Costa went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roger Costa got free with Vlad Belu in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cezar Vârjean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cezar Vârjean took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hélder Severo. Hélder Severo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1.
