Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Zandarin FC's Pedrinho Severo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeu Prado in the 4th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Zandarin FC's Dorival da Costa got a free kick in the 5th minute. Pedrinho Severo came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s Pedro Galvão. But to his dismay, Pedro Galvão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 18 minutes of play, BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s Orlando Vides made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedrinho Severo was left in no man's land by his defense there! BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s Douglas Tasso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorival da Costa in the 21st minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s Pedro Galvão nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedrinho Severo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in Zandarin FC's zone, Pedro Galvão stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedrinho Severo came out of the goal and Pedro Galvão tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pedrinho Severo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Galvão, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Zandarin FC's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeu Prado came free, but Pedrinho Severo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Afonsinho Cerezo kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Amadeu Prado charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amadeu Prado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 41 minutes into the match, Dorival da Costa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Douglas Tasso. BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dorival da Costa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Célio Leme to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when Walmir Schmidt came free, but Douglas Tasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 53rd minute Walmir Schmidt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Tasso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 55 minutes, Célio Leme mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zandarin FC and the BUZZIDA FC -DMZ- players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 58 minutes, Afonsinho Cerezo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BUZZIDA FC -DMZ- and the Zandarin FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Zandarin FC booed when BUZZIDA FC -DMZ- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afonsinho Cerezo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedro Galvão got free with Pedrinho Severo in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Afonsinho Cerezo made in the 65th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Zandarin FC's Luís Guilherme Ortiz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Guilherme Ortiz in the 65th minute of play forced BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Douglas Tasso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute, Pedro Galvão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 69th minute, Erivaldo Queirós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 70 played minutes, BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s Afonsinho Cerezo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pedrinho Severo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in BUZZIDA FC -DMZ- reached it. Pedrinho Severo made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Amadeu Prado sent off a good shot on target. In the 85th match minute, Zandarin FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walmir Schmidt to maneuver through the defense. Pedrinho Severo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Galvão, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by Zandarin FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Afonsinho Cerezo was slow to take the kick. During this time BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s corner Afonsinho Cerezo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pedrinho Severo quite easily take care of the ball. Amadeu Prado received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pedrinho Severo came out and tried to block the shot, but Amadeu Prado slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 93rd minute. BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
