Amancio Virila ran over to the corner to take the kick. The supporters of Gimnasia y tiro booed when C.A.C. 10 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Cresitobalo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Gimnasia y tiro's goal looked a bit too open when Amancio Virila came free, but Hilario Ubendu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miguel Arixo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Teodoro Rameriz 29 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute of the match, Miguel Arixo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Teodoro Rameriz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Teodoro Rameriz made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Miguel Arixo sent off a good shot on target. Bernardo Mingo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Teodoro Rameriz made a huge save. In the 41st match minute, C.A.C. 10 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amancio Virila to maneuver through the defense. 43 minutes into the game, Orlando Dantae was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gimnasia y tiro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A.C. 10 the free kick. A collision led to Gimnasia y tiro getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Orlando Dantae hit a great ball. Miguel Arixo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 48th playminute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bernardo Mingo to make the kick off. Teodoro Rameriz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.A.C. 10's goalkeeper Teodoro Rameriz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Miguel Arixo took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teodoro Rameriz. Teodoro Rameriz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Amancio Virila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Miguel Arixo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teodoro Rameriz was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. In the 90th minute, Hernan Luix hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
