Sílvio Vidigal charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sílvio Vidigal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sílvio Vidigal hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastião Paraense in the 6th minute of play forced Loures's goalkeeper Nicolas Vilalobos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 9 minutes, Isidro Diegues made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Chelsicha's Alfredinho Pereira tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 12th minute, Chelsicha's Paulinho de Godoi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulinho de Godoi got free with Nicolas Vilalobos in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Loures's Nicolas Vilalobos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Loures from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Artur Azevedo during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Loures getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Artur Azevedo hit a great ball. 39 minutes into the match, Chelsicha's goal looked a bit too open when Artur Azevedo came free, but Alfredinho Pereira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Norberto Caneira fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 44th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paulo Renato Penha to make the kick off. Nicolas Vilalobos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Renato Penha in the 56th minute of play. In the 60th match minute, Loures was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artur Azevedo to maneuver through the defense. Alfredinho Pereira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artur Azevedo in the 66th minute of the match. Isidro Diegues spun around in front of the goal 76 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Chelsicha's goal. Nicolas Vilalobos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Renato Penha in the 80th minute of the match. Alfredinho Pereira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hermes Amaro in the 82nd minute. With a little luck, Chelsicha's Alfredinho Pereira got control of the ball when Sílvio Vidigal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Chelsicha's Alfredinho Pereira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Chelsicha from getting a goal against them. Waldemar Xavier kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match.
