Abdulsamet Şahin scored 1-0 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Janusz Plech, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Hieronim Plucinik took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Mücahit Bilgehan to make any attempt to save it. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
