Vakoufi Utd's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Baraja Española FC the free kick. In the 6th minute, Zacharias Papagiannoulis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 7 played minutes, Baraja Española FC's Delmiro Eliu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Trifon Iraklideas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Baraja Española FC reached it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Viktoras Natsikas got free with Amado Osmundo in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Amado Osmundo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Viktoras Natsikas went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Trifon Iraklideas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltasar Edorta in the 17th minute of play. The supporters of Baraja Española FC booed when Vakoufi Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zacharias Papagiannoulis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th match minute, Baraja Española FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honorato Gaueko to maneuver through the defense. Amado Osmundo made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Christos Ouzounidis sent off a good shot on target. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Vakoufi Utd's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mauro Matos was slow to take the kick. During this time Baraja Española FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Mauro Matos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Trifon Iraklideas quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Trifon Iraklideas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Ovando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christos Ouzounidis in the 33rd minute of play forced Baraja Española FC's goalkeeper Amado Osmundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Baraja Española FC's goalkeeper Amado Osmundo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Viktoras Natsikas. When the referee ended the match the Vakoufi Utd players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
