The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Christiano Matos put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Juan Carrera. The audience was convinced that Christiano Matos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juan Carrera was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zeru Laurencio got free with Virgílio Lima in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 11th match minute, Ique Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Pena to maneuver through the defense. Virgílio Lima made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Facundo Urdiales sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christiano Matos in the 17th minute of play forced MamiBella FC's goalkeeper Juan Carrera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Virgílio Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geancarlos Hijosa in the 19th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Aurélien Tchouaméni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Geancarlos Hijosa during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Geancarlos Hijosa hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Juan Carrera came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Ique Football Club's Christiano Matos. But to his dismay, Christiano Matos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeru Laurencio in the 31st minute of play forced Ique Football Club's goalkeeper Virgílio Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind MamiBella FC's goalkeeper Juan Carrera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 38 minutes, Zeru Laurencio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MamiBella FC and the Ique Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 39th minute of the match Armandinho de Barros shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Juan Carrera showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 41st minute Christiano Matos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Carrera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juan Carrera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christiano Matos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 44 minutes of play MamiBella FC's Zeru Laurencio was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Zeru Laurencio hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute of the match Paulo José Secco sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Juan Carrera skillfully saved the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Facundo Urdiales made a kick off. Ique Football Club's Christiano Matos was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 55th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 61 minutes into the game, Christiano Matos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Juan Carrera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, MamiBella FC's Juan Carrera got control of the ball when Christiano Matos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fabiano de Amaral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Juan Carrera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 74 minutes of play, Ique Football Club's Christiano Matos made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juan Carrera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Virgílio Lima didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alvaro Graña went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score. Christiano Matos in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Juan Carrera, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Geancarlos Hijosa came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the MamiBella FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Geancarlos Hijosa couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Ique Football Club's Armandinho de Barros got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 92nd match minute, MamiBella FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geancarlos Hijosa to maneuver through the defense. Christiano Matos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Juan Carrera made a huge save. Ique Football Club's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
