Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kevin Musu got the match started through his kick off. 6 minutes into the match, Gotnord's goal looked a bit too open when Leonard Calleja came free, but Iwo Werra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anton De Battista made a great header on Meerkats FC's corner, it was just that Gotnord's Iwo Werra managed to reach the ball for a save. Jordão Silva struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. William Troisi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gotnord. William Troisi came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Gotnord's Jordão Silva. But to his dismay, Jordão Silva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Iwo Werra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonard Calleja in the 22nd minute of the match. Iwo Werra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kevin Musu in the 35th minute. With his leg Iwo Werra managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when Meerkats FC's Kevin Musu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jordão Silva made a kick off. If Jordão Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iwo Werra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kevin Musu, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Iwo Werra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonard Calleja went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. When Meerkats FC's Kevin Musu in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gotnord's goalie prevented a goal. Sebastian Traczewski hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. 66 minutes into the game, Meerkats FC's Leonard Calleja nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iwo Werra made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Iwo Werra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonard Calleja, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Meerkats FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Anton De Battista in the 71st minute. In the 72nd minute, Jordão Silva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 77 minutes of play, Gotnord's Jordão Silva made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. William Troisi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Daniel Seracino Inglott charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel Seracino Inglott the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 84th minute, Daniel Seracino Inglott hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Gotnord booed when Meerkats FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrea Bonett didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st match minute, Gotnord was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Traczewski to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded Gotnord left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Meerkats FC.
