Motala's Åke Björling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardinho Correia in the 2nd minute of play. Motala's Åke Björling proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Motala from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ricardinho Correia in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Åke Björling prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Anderbye FC's Ricardinho Correia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Åke Björling. That made the score 3-0 after 14 minutes of play. 19 minutes into the match, Ricardinho Correia notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Motala's Åke Björling. Åke Björling was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Åke Björling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulisses Toledo in the 21st minute of play. Nilton Alcântara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jack Eklund in the 24th minute of the match. Jack Eklund charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jack Eklund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 26th minute, Jack Eklund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 27 played minutes Anderbye FC got a freekick which was hit by Edmílson Carvalho. 35 minutes into the match, Motala's goalkeeper Åke Björling had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henrique Tavares. Ricardinho Correia received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Åke Björling came out and tried to block the shot, but Ricardinho Correia slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 36th minute. In the 41st minute Ricardinho Correia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Åke Björling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Anderbye FC's Ulisses Toledo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 6-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.
Jack Eklund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Nilton Alcântara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardinho Correia in the 58th minute of play forced Motala's goalkeeper Åke Björling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Åke Björling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulisses Toledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 66 minutes into the game, Anderbye FC's Ricardinho Correia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Åke Björling made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. 70 minutes into the match, Motala's goal looked a bit too open when Henrique Tavares came free, but Åke Björling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Motala's Daniel Glad got a free kick in the 71st minute. After some careless play in the Motala defense, Henrique Tavares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Åke Björling. The Motala fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Åke Björling should have stopped the shot. Åke Björling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardinho Correia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jack Eklund succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 8-1 in the 77th playminute. After having played for 80 minutes, Reine Wallander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Motala's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reine Wallander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 81st minute, Karl-Oskar Skoog hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Åke Björling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Figueiredo in the 82nd minute of play. Dick Danielsson hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Åke Björling showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulisses Toledo in the 86th minute of the match. Ricardinho Correia scored 9-1 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Åke Björling, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Åke Björling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardinho Correia, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. 94 minutes into the match, Henrique Tavares had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Åke Björling. Motala's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henrique Tavares was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-1.
