An unexpectedly hard shot by Casper Göransson in the 4th minute of play forced S.C.PAULISTA's goalkeeper Flávio Fantini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 6 minutes into the match, Viktor Wallin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Flávio Fantini. S.C.PAULISTA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Viktor Wallin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. S.C.PAULISTA's Flávio Fantini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casper Göransson in the 12th minute of play. Acácio Alves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Fabian Söderman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Jean Borges hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st match minute, S.C.PAULISTA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moisés Godoi to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 22 minutes, Viktor Wallin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vykans Vikingar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Viktor Wallin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Casper Göransson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flávio Fantini having to interfere. 26 minutes into the game, Vykans Vikingar's Viktor Wallin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Flávio Fantini made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 29 minutes into the game, Casper Göransson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Flávio Fantini was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Viktor Wallin scored 0-4 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flávio Fantini, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 35 minutes, Acácio Alves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. S.C.PAULISTA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Acácio Alves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dorival Pombal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casper Göransson in the 46th minute of play forced S.C.PAULISTA's goalkeeper Flávio Fantini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Casper Göransson took the ball and in the 49 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Flávio Fantini. Flávio Fantini dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Acácio Alves made a kick off. Flávio Fantini made an important save on a dangerous shot by Casper Göransson in the 56th minute. After a rather tough play, Vykans Vikingar's Mathias Källberg got a free kick in the 57th minute. 61 minutes in the game, Viktor Wallin fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Flávio Fantini having to interfere. 62 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Vykans Vikingar's Casper Göransson fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. If Viktor Wallin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cipriano Oliveira during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 68 played minutes S.C.PAULISTA got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Oliveira. Flávio Fantini made an important save on a dangerous shot by Casper Göransson in the 69th minute. In the 76th match minute, Vykans Vikingar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mats Lundberg to maneuver through the defense. Acácio Alves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Söderman having to interfere. In the 81st match minute, S.C.PAULISTA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Acácio Alves to maneuver through the defense. If Acácio Alves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute, Vykans Vikingar's Mats Lundberg seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Mats Lundberg the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Vykans Vikingar protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Mats Lundberg had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of S.C.PAULISTA booed when Vykans Vikingar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mats Lundberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabian Söderman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorival Pombal in the 88th minute of play. S.C.PAULISTA's Flávio Fantini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save S.C.PAULISTA from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viktor Wallin in the 91st minute of play forced S.C.PAULISTA's goalkeeper Flávio Fantini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute, Acácio Alves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Flávio Fantini made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kasper Stålman in the 98th minute. Vykans Vikingar played a much better game than S.C.PAULISTA and deserved their victory. The S.C.PAULISTA players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
