Club Atlético Burzaco's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Arnaldo Lano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquilino Txartiko, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 6th minute Aquilino Txartiko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Lano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7th minute, Mauricio Montae hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 12 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Burzaco's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Bordat came free, but Arnaldo Lano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute Luciano Pacifico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Lano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnaldo Lano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquilino Txartiko in the 19th minute of play. alvarado's Abel Bordat got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. alvarado's Uriel Ilazki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save alvarado from getting a goal against them. Mariano Formerio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luciano Pacifico during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to alvarado getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Luciano Pacifico hit a great ball. Arnaldo Lano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquilino Txartiko in the 32nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, alvarado's Mateo Cruz got a free kick in the 34th minute. Abel Bordat blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arnaldo Lano having to make a save. Arnaldo Lano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquilino Txartiko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquilino Txartiko in the 40th minute of play forced Club Atlético Burzaco's goalkeeper Arnaldo Lano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute, one of Club Atlético Burzaco:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Club Atlético Burzaco. The referee gave alvarado a penalty, 41 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Abel Bordat, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Club Atlético Burzaco's Arnaldo Lano. 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Freddy Bermund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Aquilino Txartiko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arnaldo Lano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquilino Txartiko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Burzaco's Americo Turi got a free kick in the 63rd minute. alvarado's Reynaldo Pereyra was substituted for Aquilino Txartiko. The supporters of alvarado booed when Club Atlético Burzaco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Americo Turi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute, Luciano Pacifico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arnaldo Lano was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Abel Bordat showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 71 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Pacifico in the 78th minute of play forced Club Atlético Burzaco's goalkeeper Arnaldo Lano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reynaldo Pereyra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Lano having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Burzaco's goal looked a bit too open when Reynaldo Pereyra came free, but Arnaldo Lano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abel Bordat scored 0-4 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnaldo Lano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 89 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Burzaco's goalkeeper Arnaldo Lano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abel Bordat. Mateo Cruz's late challenge caught a Club Atlético Burzaco's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mateo Cruz helped the player get up and apologised. Mateo Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. When Freddy Bermund came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Club Atlético Burzaco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Freddy Bermund couldn't finish the play. In the 95th minute, alvarado's Abel Bordat dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. alvarado played a much better game than Club Atlético Burzaco and deserved their victory. The Club Atlético Burzaco players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
