In the 13th minute, one of Vejbystrand:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vejbystrand. Scottie Moal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bengt-Arne Smed came free with the goalkeeper in the 19th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Clemente Artizar could save by the left post. Birger Hammarbäck in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Clemente Artizar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Birger Hammarbäck in the 26th minute of play forced Albiceleste F.C.'s goalkeeper Clemente Artizar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clemente Artizar was out of position in the 31 minute of play, and Scottie Moal capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Scottie Moal really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Birger Hammarbäck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tobias Tholsson kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Felix Stenquist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Virgilio Romildo went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Scottie Moal to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Albiceleste F.C. booed when Vejbystrand was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jarl Kalfhage didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpected shot in the 55th minute by Virgilio Romildo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 55th match minute, Vejbystrand was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egon Tönnberg to maneuver through the defense. Felix Stenquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Mino in the 57th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Albiceleste F.C.'s Tobias Mino slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Felix Stenquist. That made the score 2-3 after 76 minutes of play. Clemente Artizar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Birger Hammarbäck in the 86th minute of the match. The Albiceleste F.C. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
