But to his dismay, Horaţiu Dinulescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pepe Ustariz during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 7th match minute, Baez FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pepe Ustariz to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Eduard Boroș's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hipolito Orden was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. In the 9th minute, Horaţiu Dinulescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hipolito Orden was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Ionuț Romeo scored 0-3 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hipolito Orden, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 15th minute, Ion Africano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Phoenix Strikers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduard Boroș in the 18th minute of play forced Baez FC's goalkeeper Hipolito Orden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ion Africano took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hipolito Orden. Hipolito Orden dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Hipolito Orden came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Phoenix Strikers's Horaţiu Dinulescu. Hipolito Orden showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduard Boroș, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Hipolito Orden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horaţiu Dinulescu in the 29th minute of the match. Hipolito Orden made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horaţiu Dinulescu in the 32nd minute of play. Baez FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ionuț Romeo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. In the 40th minute Ionuț Romeo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hipolito Orden saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Horaţiu Dinulescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adolfo Gaete in the 43rd minute of play forced Phoenix Strikers's goalkeeper Johnny Visch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 45 minutes Phoenix Strikers's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jon-Ander Bazaes who took care of the corner kick. Baez FC's Jon-Ander Bazaes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Johnny Visch in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The Baez FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Phoenix Strikers were winning 0-8.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ionuț Romeo to make the kick off. Baez FC's Hipolito Orden played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ion Africano in the 51st minute of play. 52 minutes into the match, Baez FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ion Africano came free, but Hipolito Orden reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hipolito Orden made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Ionuț Romeo sent off a good shot on target. Ionuț Romeo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hipolito Orden came out and tried to block the shot, but Ionuț Romeo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 57th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ionuț Romeo got free with Hipolito Orden in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 72 minutes into the match, Horaţiu Dinulescu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hipolito Orden, 0-13. 74 minutes into the match, Eduard Boroș notched a goal, 0-14, to the right of Baez FC's Hipolito Orden. Hipolito Orden was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hipolito Orden didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 77th minute, which inside left pole to 0-15. During the 80th minute of the match Pepe Ustariz completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Pepe Ustariz a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 81 played minutes Baez FC got a freekick which was hit by Pepe Ustariz. In the 82nd minute of the match Ioan Cozma sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hipolito Orden skillfully saved the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Baez FC's goalkeeper Hipolito Orden had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ionuț Romeo. Hipolito Orden didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ionuț Romeo went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-16 was the resulting score. Hipolito Orden took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horaţiu Dinulescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute, Ion Africano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
