When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Horaţiu Dinulescu made a kick off. After some careless play in the Phoenix Strikers defense, Severino Edwardo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Isac Spirea. The Phoenix Strikers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Isac Spirea should have stopped the shot. With his leg Isac Spirea managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when CERPA's Geronimo Aritza fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 90 minutes into the match, Phoenix Strikers's goalkeeper Isac Spirea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Geronimo Aritza. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Geronimo Aritza in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isac Spirea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 94 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Geronimo Aritza sped through Phoenix Strikers's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Isac Spirea.
