After having played for 4 minutes, Ulu Cinel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fizimar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulu Cinel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Asım Saner's late challenge caught a Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Asım Saner helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Fizimar's Asım Saner got a free kick in the 8th minute. Donatello Barajo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ulu Cinel struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Olando Marty didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fizimar. Mauro Icardi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Aytek Pınarbaşı scored to the left of an out of position Olando Marty, making the score, 1-0. When Eloi Fontanes fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's protests and gave Eloi Fontanes a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Eloi Fontanes got a free kick in the 23rd minute. After 24 played minutes Fizimar got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Icardi. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Blas Bolaños in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kamuran Bağdaş prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 26 played minutes Club Dep. Soc. Rodo got a freekick which was hit by Laurentzi Hontoria. Mauro Icardi might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olando Marty. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mauro Icardi ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 30th minute Donatello Barajo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kamuran Bağdaş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Club Dep. Soc. Rodo getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Gonchan Marisancena hit a great ball. Kamuran Bağdaş didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Blas Bolaños went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Olando Marty made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ali Behzat Akbudun in the 41st minute. 43 minutes into the game, Fizimar's Mauro Icardi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Olando Marty made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 46th minute of the match, Ulu Cinel tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Olando Marty saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
After a rather tough play, Fizimar's Bektaş Ali Tanyıldız got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Blas Bolaños could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Kamuran Bağdaş made a huge save. Bektaş Ali Tanyıldız kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Manex Pajazo took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Kamuran Bağdaş to make any attempt to save it. Gonchan Marisancena was shown his second yellow card after 64 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Gonchan Marisancena got a free kick in the 65th minute. After some careless play in the Club Dep. Soc. Rodo defense, Mauro Icardi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Olando Marty. The Club Dep. Soc. Rodo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Olando Marty should have stopped the shot. Donatello Barajo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd minute, Göksun Onurhan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Donatello Barajo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kamuran Bağdaş having to interfere. Blas Bolaños hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Olando Marty showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Icardi in the 80th minute of the match. Olando Marty showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bektaş Ali Tanyıldız, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. The supporters of Fizimar booed when Club Dep. Soc. Rodo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eloi Fontanes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Fizimar's Mauro Icardi got a free kick in the 88th minute. 90 minutes into the game, Donatello Barajo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fizimar the free kick. After a rather tough play, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Donatello Barajo got a free kick in the 90th minute. A hard, long distance shot from Donatello Barajo flew over the goal. Fizimar were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Club Dep. Soc. Rodo for a fine match.
