Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Apolo Teodor started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Stat Veritas FC booed when Barreal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnulfo Txilar didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roque Goizeder in the 8th minute of play forced Barreal FC's goalkeeper Honorato Lluciano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Honorato Lluciano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Humberto Maore in the 10th minute. Silvestre Fernandez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Apolo Teodor in the 14th minute of the match. In the 18th minute of the match, Humberto Maore got a very nice opportunity to score, but Honorato Lluciano was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 19th minute, Apolo Teodor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barreal FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 25 minutes into the game, Apolo Teodor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Silvestre Fernandez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bonifacio Bordat kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. The long shot by Amadeo Frantzes in the 36th minute really tested Honorato Lluciano's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 44 minutes into the match, Severo Rubio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silvestre Fernandez. Stat Veritas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Severo Rubio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 46th match minute, Barreal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eloy Perutxo to maneuver through the defense.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Humberto Maore to strike the kick off in the second half. Apolo Teodor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 55 minutes into the game, Barreal FC's Apolo Teodor nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Silvestre Fernandez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Silvestre Fernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnulfo Txilar, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Silvestre Fernandez was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Arnulfo Txilar showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 59 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Apolo Teodor in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silvestre Fernandez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Severo Rubio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Barreal FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Eloy Perutxo hit a great ball. After 72 played minutes Stat Veritas FC got a freekick which was hit by Saul Gomez. Silvestre Fernandez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Severo Rubio in the 75th minute. When Apolo Teodor, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 75 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Silvestre Fernandez was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Apolo Teodor received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Silvestre Fernandez came out and tried to block the shot, but Apolo Teodor slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 78th minute. In the 82nd match minute, Barreal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnulfo Txilar to maneuver through the defense. Silvestre Fernandez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eloy Perutxo went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. Silvestre Fernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apolo Teodor in the 91st minute of play. After some careless play in the Barreal FC defense, Humberto Maore kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Honorato Lluciano. The Barreal FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Honorato Lluciano should have stopped the shot.
